As I aimlessly and regretfully scrolled through Instagram yesterday, I stumbled on NPR’s Tiny Desk post about the 15 year old jazz-piano player Joey Alexander.
Wow. Absolute aficionado. Savant. Wizard.
The performance is incredible. His supporting cast compliment his immense talent so well.
He released an album in 2018 titled Eclipse, which is as fantastic as I hoped.
Try not to think about what you were doing at 15 and enjoy the tunes. I can’t wait to see this kid live some day.
